7:15am Arrive for Driver Check in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8:00am Compulsory Drivers Briefing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8:30am On Track<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12:15am Morning Session Completed<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Afternoon Session:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

12:00pm Arrive for Driver Check in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12:30pm Compulsory Drivers Briefing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1:00pm On Track<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AASA License:<\/strong> We run under AASA. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will need an AASA General Speed License<\/u><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TRACK FEES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The number of drivers booked for the morning and afternoon sessions are capped. Only pre-paid places are secured. Unpaid places will not be held.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Half Track Day: Members Price: $175.00<\/strong> or Non Members Price: $190.00<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Full Track Day:  Members Price: $280.00<\/strong> or Non Members Price: $300.00<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Membership 2023:<\/strong> Only $100<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

DON\u2019T BOOK UNLESS YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THESE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1: Cancelling: You can only cancel up to the night before the event. There is no refund on the day of the event unless the event is cancelled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2: Booking: Once you book and reserve a place your cancellation fee applies if you cancel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Members: There is a $40 cancellation fee for half day and $80 for full day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Non Members: There is a 50% cancellation fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Rain: The event will still proceed if it is raining unless cancelled by the track management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

QR TIMING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will be required to hire a transponder on the day when you sign in for $30 if you want lap times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
