Hey Guys,
The first event of the year is on Thursday Feb 23 at QR.
This is a shared round for the QR series and the Super Series.
You only need to book once to collect points for both series if you are entering both. We will work out the points for each series after the event.
Membership 2023:
Only $100
If you are driving in the series please get your membership finalised ASAP please. I need your details for the shirt orders.
If you are not interested in points but will be doing a few rounds, check the discount, it still may be worth your while getting the membership. Plus you will get a series shirt.
Series Classes:
- Must be 100% Compliant. I’ve had a few emails asking about how compliant to the rules you have to be to enter a class. The answer is 100%.
- Rule Guide. Please fill out the rule guide I sent out and make sure you are 100% compliant to the class you register in.
- Please let me know the vehicle and class you will be running. Check the website www.timeattack.com.au for classes and full rule pdf downloads.
AASA License:
e run under AASA.
You will need an AASA General Speed License.

QLD RACEWAY TIME TABLE
Do not miss these times or you will miss your first session on track.
Arriving on time is solely your responsibility.
Morning Session:
7:15am Arrive for Driver Check in.
8:00am Compulsory Drivers Briefing
8:30am On Track
12:15am Morning Session Completed
Afternoon Session:
12:00pm Arrive for Driver Check in.
12:30pm Compulsory Drivers Briefing
1:00pm On Track
5:00pm Afternoon Session Completed
ARRIVAL AND CHECK IN
Please arrive at the track on time: If you are late you will miss scheduled check in and miss your first session on track.
Check In: Your car will be checked in at the front, and once your number has been put on your car you can enter the pits.
Pit Bays: Pit bays are allocated on the day. Do not drive in and park in a random pit bay. You will be asked to move.
Driver Briefing: Make sure you arrive on time so you can attend the briefing. You cannot race on the day until you have had a driver briefing.
TRACK FEES
The number of drivers booked for the morning and afternoon sessions are capped. Only pre-paid places are secured. Unpaid places will not be held.
Half Track Day: Members Price: $175.00 or Non Members Price: $190.00
Full Track Day: Members Price: $280.00 or Non Members Price: $300.00
2023 Membership: $100 for the calendar year

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
DON’T BOOK UNLESS YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THESE
1: Cancelling: You can only cancel up to the night before the event. There is no refund on the day of the event unless the event is cancelled.
2: Booking: Once you book and reserve a place your cancellation fee applies if you cancel.
3. Members: There is a $40 cancellation fee for half day and $80 for full day.
4. Non Members: There is a 50% cancellation fee.
5. Rain: The event will still proceed if it is raining unless cancelled by the track management.
QR TIMING
You will be required to hire a transponder on the day when you sign in for $30 if you want lap times.
